  • Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be:

    • Flat rate / Calculated at checkout (you can edit as needed)

  • Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order value.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you are available to receive your order at the provided address.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/SMS.

  • You can track your parcel through the courier service website.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to:

    • Customer unavailability
      The order may be returned or cancelled.

  • Re-delivery may require additional charges.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24–48 hours.

  • Provide clear pictures/videos for quick resolution.
